Kevin Monce is a Veterinary Internist and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine at PetSound Animal Hospital and the founder of SPARR animal rescue.
Chief David Collins of the Pittsboro Police Department has more than 28 years in law enforcement and was instrumental in bringing the first police dog/K-9 unit to the Town of Pittsboro.
Bill Browder holds a Master's of Public Health and served in the the US Navy. Retired from UNC-CH School of Public Health, Bill has experience on various boards, including the Boy Scouts of America, the Chatham County Alliance for Mental Illness, The Chatham County Social Service Board and the Chatham County Board of Health.
Dr. Laura Barringer graduated with honors from UNC School of Dentistry and has been an animal advocate all her life. Laura recently led an effort to rescue several stray cats and kittens from downtown Pittsboro. Growing up with a dad who believed that dogs are people too, Laura has a firm belief that the time has come for a Chatham County Adoption Center.
